icTalk Smart Projector
The icTalk Smart Projector is an all-in-one calibrated acoustic projector that produces a complex range of tones, sweeps and clicks. The icTalk is an omnidirectional sound source that allows you to make sounds within a frequency range from 10 Hz to 200 kHz. The icTalk can be deployed autonomously with a configured out pattern.
In a cabled setup, the sound output can be initiated and configured in real-time or set up to output sound continuously powered by the internal batteries.
This Smart Projector is well suited for tank calibrations, field quality control, and as a general purpose, low-power, test projector.

The Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI) Regional Scaled Nodes (RSN) had requirements for very broadband hydrophones with good noise floor characteristics and a wide dynamic range. The icListen HF hydrophones satisfied these requirements at a reasonable cost. The hydrophones were quite easy to use out of the box, and easily passed our intensive First Article tests centered on assuring any instrument will not interfere with or corrode any other instrument. Customer support has been quite good, with very detailed questions answered quickly and accurately.
